Give to a patient, not to a category.

Every dollar is disbursed as a programme grant to a partner that delivers care, or to a vendor supplying medical and educational materials.

Choose an amount

Giving continues on a secure page hosted by Stripe, our payment provider. You can pay by card or by US bank transfer (ACH). A bank transfer is not immediate: it usually takes about four business days to reach us, and your bank can still decline it in that time. We write to you once the funds have actually arrived.

All donations are charged in US dollars. If your card or bank account is held in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee, so the amount that leaves your account can differ from the figure above.

An application for recognition of exemption under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code was filed with the Internal Revenue Service on 24 August 2026 and is pending determination. PatientAid International Inc. is not yet a recognised tax-exempt organisation, and contributions should not be treated as tax-deductible until recognition is granted. No acknowledgement issued by PatientAid International Inc. should be relied on as a tax receipt.

How the money moves

  1. You give

Funds are received by PatientAid International Inc. in the United States.

  2. We grant

The board approves a programme grant against a named cost — an invoice, a supply order, a course of treatment.

  3. A partner delivers

The treating hospital or patient-support organisation applies the grant and accounts for it.
